As someone with over 1.25m on lucian who's seen his highs and lows, this is one of his lows, this might possibly be the lowest i've seen him. It's a combination of meta and laning issues. Lucian naturally has an issue with killing tanks and brawlers so late game poses an issue.Play Kassadin. Don't know in the Midlane tho, but at least on Toplane Kalista hard outclasses Lucian. Most mid lane assassins counter ADC mids. Fizz, Vlad, Zed, Talon, Ekko etc. You literally just have to survive early laning phase and wait for an item powerspike and level 6.
